Matt & Shannon Heaton, Helena Delaney at The Ford Irish Session
Medford musicians Matt and Shannon Heaton, on guitar and flute respectively, lead today's Session series gathering at The Ford Tavern, joined by fiddler Helena Delaney. The Ford presents Irish Sessions on the first, third and fourth Sundays of the month, with an old-time string band session on the second Sunday.

The Tufts Department of Music presents faculty pianist Thomas Stumpf performing a selection of short but emotionally powerful pieces by Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Rachmaninoff and Bartok. The Tufts University Department of Music presents cellist Emmanuel Feldman presenting all six Bach Cello Suites using his newly invented TekStand, which allows him to play his cello while standing rather than in the traditional seated position.
