Deep Cuts is hosting another beginner bonsai class that teaches you about the art of bonsai and lets you create your very own bonsai tree. Maker Space Badging: Cricut Cutting Machine

With this session on the Cricut cutting machine, you can earn a "badge" and gain more exclusive access to the Maker Space and its contents. Arts Collaborative Medford is hosting a Small Weaving Workshop led by Medford resident Christine Willis. In this beginners workshop you will create a small woven wall hanging using yarn and roving. You will learn how to warp your loom, basic weaving stitches, and how to tie off your piece and add it to a dowel or piece of wood to hang. Mystic Makerspace: Crocheted Granny Squares

The City of Medford continues its series of Haitian Heritage Month events with a workshop at the Medford Family Network to Create Your Own Haitian Art with Medford artist Sarah Beardslee of Beads by Beardslee. The series concludes this afternoon with a Haitian Flag Day Celebration from 3 to 5 p.m. at Andrews Middle School. The series is a collaboration between the City of Medford’s Health Department, the Medford Family Network, Medford Public Library, and DiamondTale Consulting Inc.
