Sanctuary United Church of Christ presents a reception and reflection with Megan Smith and Rachel Corey, facilitators of the Freedom Through Art Collective, from which pieces are on display at the Sanctuary Gallery until July 21. The aim of the collective is to give incarcerated artists a chance to share their work, collaborate with each other, make space for conversation, and financially benefit artists by selling their work. It has been shaped by 26 incarcerated members.
