Due to the mandatory closure of restaurant dining rooms because of the coronavirus outbreak, The Porch Southern Fare & Juke Joint has had to postpone or cancel live audience events until early April. However, tonight’s performance by Julie Rhodes and The Electric Co. will go on and be livestreamed worldwide online. Rhodes, a Somerville blues and soul singer, was honored as the Female Vocalist of the Year and Americana Artist of the Year for 2017 by the Boston Music Awards. She is familiar to Medford audiences, having performed at the Condon Band Shell Park in July 2018.
