West Medford Community Center is the site for Lakota YouthStay’s annual Holiday Cookie Walk & Pet/Child Photo Shoot, a fundraiser for the Lakota YouthStay program. There will be more than 15 varieties of delicious homemade holiday cookies available at $15 per pound. Make a gift plate of yummy treats for yourself, your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers or your mail carrier.

New this year, Medford photographer Susan D’Arcy Fuller will be at the event to take fun holiday photos of your pet/children ($15 for a 10-minute photo shoot).

The event begins at 11 a.m. and continues until the cookies are gone.

Proceeds benefit the Lakota Sioux people on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Each summer, the Lakota YouthStay program connects 10- to 15-year-olds from the Pine Ridge Reservation with hosts in Medford for a week of exploration, building friendships and engagement through shared activities of interest.
