In celebration of National Poetry Month, the Medford Farmers Market is presenting four virtual poetry performances by Medford poets on Facebook Live. Appearing will be Terry E. Carter, the city’s new poet laureate, at 3 p.m. ; Julia Lisella, Medford poet, teacher and scholar, at 4 p.m.; local poet Vijaya Sundaram at 5 p.m.; and Max Heinegg , inaugural winner of the Paul Nemser Prize from Lily Poetry Review, at 6 p.m. Each performance will be 30 to 40 minutes long.
