The first Medford Jazz Festival continues with a performance by Kevin Harris and Steve Langone at 3 p.m. The festival will conclude at 7 p.m. on Monday, November 2, with Medford clarinetist Glenn Dickson performing “Dreams and Meditations.”

The Festival is a five-day event showcasing the cultural diversity, creativity, and talent of local musicians through several virtual concerts, masterclasses, and interviews. It celebrates the range of musical perspectives that have always existed within the vibrant neighborhoods of the city, simultaneously focusing on the social injustices that continue to divide the entire country.
