After two years of being closed due to COVID-19, the Gallery@Sanctuary is reopening with an exhibition honoring our collective experience and celebrating all we’ve created in response to how our lives have been altered during this *$#%* time.

Organizers are creating a multi-media gallery installation and multiple interactive moments to memorialize and share our joys and sorrows remembering the last two years. What brought you sorrow? How did you/do we find our way through? What do you remember most? How has your world changed? Who helped you cope? Where did you find comfort? Where do you need to mourn, scream, and rail?

The program, called “A Lasting Look,” begins this evening with a Good Friday Memorial Cairn Stacking, Candles & Connection event.

Future events include a Craft Your Own “How You Made It” Collage on April 27; a gallery installation opening reception on April 30; a screening and discussion of the film “Don’t Look Up” on May 14; and a closing reception and reflections on June 4.
