The Medford Family Network, in partnership with the Greater Boston Reading Council, presents its annual Character Literacy Breakfast at the McGlynn Elementary School playground. Activities will include a character-led Story Book Walk around the playground; free books and literacy information; movement and gross motor play; and a picture-taking with literacy characters Pete the Cat and another special guest. Food items will include bagels, fruit, granola bars and juice. There is a limit of 100 children total. Sign up through the MFN registration page.
