As part of Pride Month, the City of Medford presents Lindsay Munroe leading an inclusive sing-along for children and famiiles at the Charlotte & William Bloomberg Medford Public Library. Munroe is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, and mother of three from Medford and a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion. Her albumus “Frogs and Birds” and “I Am Kind”echo several Raffi Foundation Child Honouring principles, among them Respectful Love, Diversity, Caring Community, Emotional Intelligence and Nonviolence. Parents and early childhood educators will find encouraging messages of inclusion, self-regulation and kindness expressed in Lindsay’s songs, all enhancing social-emotional learning.

Pride Month features events, workshops, interfaith gatherings, and will culminate with a Pride Celebration at Andrews Field on Sunday, June 26.
