Week 8 of the Medford Farmers Market will feature live music by folk singer Alex Fam from 3 to 5 p.m., and the accordion-fueled bluegrass, Americana and Celtic folk tunes of Kier Byrnes & Friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Visit the market’s website for the list of this week’s vendors, which include Henna Inspired: Artwork and Design by Karyn Alzayer. This is also Bike Fest week, and representatives of the Medford Bicycle Coalition, Bike to the Sea, WalkMedford, and the New England Mountain Bike Association will be on hand with information and to answer your questions. The Medford Farmers Market takes place from 3 to 7 p.m. every Thursday through October 13.
