Capoeira Lesson for Kids

FreeThe Medford Public Library presents a Capoeira lesson for ages 8 and up. The program will begin with a brief introduction to capoeira as a cultural and martial art. Participants will then learn a few traditional capoeira songs, and performers will demonstrate the art. Members of the audience will be then invited to learn some very basic capoeira movements, and to practice the songs and movements they learned in a closing game. Registration required.
