The Medford High Drama Club presents the first of four performances of Oscar Wilde’s “The Importance of Being Earnest.” First performed in 1895, the play is a farcical comedy in which the protagonists maintain fictitious personae to escape burdensome social obligations. Tickets are $10 for students and $25 for adults, cash or check (to “MHS Drama Club”) at the door. Additional performances will be at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 18, and 2 and 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 19.
