Freerange Market and the Turk Social Club are hosting a Children’s Festival at The Park at River’s Edge featuring games, competitions, music, dance shows, and educational entertainment activities for children and adults.  Many of the games and activities will be specially designed to help children overcome food-related challenges, make them more active, improve their social skills, and let them spend a day away from digital distractions. General admission is $5 per family, with a suggested donation of $20, through Eventbrite. All proceeds will benefit earthquake relief efforts in Turkey.

The Children’s Festival is now a national holiday in Turkey on April 23, and the country extends an international invitation to all the world’s nations to celebrate not only children but also life, friendship, and cross-cultural inspiration.
