The Medford Senior Center introduces a new class, Poetry in Pictures, led by award-winning photographer and published poet Robert Castagna. Ever imagine writing a poem that drew a picture in another person’s mind? Or imagine combining your photographs with your words? In this class, you will creatively write and put your poetic voices to images of your choosing. Whether old photographs or newly taken ones, your voice and images will emerge from the shadows, as Robert helps you see pictures and words in new ways. The class will meet each Monday morning in October except for Columbus Day, October 9. Seats are limited; to reserve your place, call the Senior Center at 781-396-6010.
