The Tufts University Chaplaincy invites you to attend its Spring Carillon Concert at Goddard Chapel. A carillon is a set of tuned bells arranged so that music can be played on them. There are 25 of them in the Goddard Chapel tower, the oldest one dating to 1908. The bells (F, G, then A to g’ chromatically) will be played by students from an electronic keyboard console next to the chapel’s 1883 Hook & Hastings organ. Can’t attend the concert? Step outside anywhere in the Medford Hillside vicinity and you should be able to hear it!
