The Medford Public Library introduces its Cookbook Club, which will meet monthly over the summer. This month’s title is “Provecho: 100 Vegan Mexican Recipes to Celebrate Culture” by Edgar Castrejón. Register for the book club using the library’s online calendar, then ask for your copy of the book at the circulation desk. Read it and pick one recipe to prepare and share with the group at tonight’s meeting. The title for next month’s meeting, taking place on July 9, will be “East: 120 Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes from Bangalore to Beijing” by Meera Sodha.
