Week 6 of the Medford Farmers Market will feature live music by Elizabeth Burke from 3 to 5 p.m., followed by Mary Cate Gustafson-Quiett from 5 to 6:30. A multi- instrumentalist in guitar and violin. Elizabeth’s music plays a mix of classical, Irish, and old-time music on violin and sings a mix of original and cover songs in the modern folk-Americana style with the guitar. Mary Cate, your friendly West Medford neighbor, likes to challenge people’s notion about how many John Prine and Dolly Parton songs you can fit in a set, but mostly likes to play songs that make others want to dance or sing-a-long.

Among today’s 26 vendors will be artists Beads by Beardslee, Kraken Ceramics, Justin’s Wood Shop, Rita Ortolino-Dioguardi Collage Art, Henna Inspired and World by Mundo Face Paint. As the market concludes, the city’s Condon Shell Summer Concert Series kicks off with the Baker Thomas Band performing from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Medford Brewing Company will be running a beer garden.

The Farmers Market takes place every Thursday at the Condon Shell through October 10.
