Arts Collaborative Medford, the new community arts center on Mystic Avenue, is hosting the 45th Bead Affaire, the Boston area’s best bead show, presented by Beadesigner International, The New England Bead Society. Shop for beads, findings, jewelry, and so much more. The Bead Museum will be in attendance as well, and will have a presentation about the museum at 12:30 p.m. There will be beading demonstrations throughout the day as well. Admission is $6 ($1 off with a coupon from the Bead Society website) and $3 for students with a student ID.
