Chevalier Theatre welcomes two-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, actress, writer and producer Sarah Silverman for a stop on her Postmortem tour. A New Hampshire native, Silverman is known for her sharp wit and mastery of deadpan humor. She has spent more than three decades pushing the boundaries of stand-up and transforming uncomfortable topics — politics, societal doom, personal grief — into  laughter. The Postmortem tour, which will be her first Medford appearance, is “mostly about my parents dying last May.” Tickets are $49 to $89 through the Chevalier Theatre website/Ticketmaster. To avoid online ordering fees, purchase tickets at the Chevalier Theatre Box Office, which is open on Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 6 p.m., as well as two hours before every Chevalier Theatre show.
