James Dick Foundation Benefit Concert

Free – $20Medford High graduate Iverson Eliopoulos will conduct the orchestra as acclaimed pianist James Dick takes the stage at Tufts University’s Distler Hall to perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in a benefit concert for the James Dick Foundation for the Performing Arts. Eliopoulos, program director of the foundation’s Round Top Festival Institute and Medford High Class of 2017, will lead the orchestra in a program of three delightful works for chamber orchestra, culminating in Mozart’s transcendent Piano Concerto No. 23 with James Dick as soloist. Based in Round Top, Texas, The James Dick Foundation awards more than $600,000 in scholarships each year to young pre-professional musicians who are training for a career in orchestral playing. Admission is free with a suggested donation of $20; reserve a seat and donate through Eventbrite. All proceeds will go toward The James Dick Foundation.
