Arts Collaborative Medford is hosting a two-session workshop on how to design and create a mosaic design on a 6-inch terra cotta flower or plant pot or a garden totem. Session One on March 17 will cover the basics of adhesives for outdoor mosaics and an easy way to apply mosaic tiles to a curved surface, and you’ll start designing your pot. The instructor will mix up some thinset (adhesive) and show you how to apply it. In Session Two on March 25 you will finish your design, mix the adhesive, and apply mosaics. Your piece will be ready for grouting by the end of the session. This workshop is for adults over 18 only. Cost is $40. Register and get more information on the ACM website.
