Nightly live music at Mrs. Murphy’s Pub continues this week, with the Black Velvet Trio up this evening. Led by Tim Quinn, the Black Velvet Trio boasts a large and diverse musical repertoire, featuring all sorts of Celtic music — pub music, rebel tunes, well-known Irish standards, singalongs, and traditional reels — from every part of Ireland. The rest of the week at Mrs. Murphy’s will bring Caeltish at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Ethan Robbins at 8 p.m. on Thursday, All She Wrote at 8 p.m. on Friday, Aiden Schnell at 8 p.m. on Saturday, and Robbins (noon) and Katie O’Brien (4 p.m.) on Sunday.
