The Medford Recreation Department and Kidstock! Creative Theater invites young actors ages 6 to 9 on an exciting week of global travel exploring folktales, legends and myths from around the world. Each day of this dramatic week will bring a folktale, legend or myth from another country to life, using costumes and props to develop the characters and plot of our story, in a fun participatory style! Every day students will traverse a different tale with song, movement, and dramatic play. Our “trip” will conclude with a showing for family and friends at 11:30 a.m. on Friday August 3.

The workshop meets from 9 a.m. to noon daily from Monday, July 30, through Friday, August 3, at Medford High School.

Fee is $150 for the week and registration may be completed on the Medford Recreation website.
