Tufts University composers will present traditional Korean works alongside new compositions for piri, taepyeongso (traditional oboe), and saenghwang (ancient 17-pipe mouth organ). Instrumentalists and a dancer from the National Gugak Center in Seoul collaborate with co-sponsors Tufts University and Boston Conservatory at Berklee (Eun Young Lee, professor) to bring this unusual music to life.
