Pen, Paint, and Pretzels, the umbrella organization for student-run performing arts groups at Tufts University, presents its fall mainstage show, “Eurydice” by Sarah Ruhl. In this contemporary (2003) rendition of Greek mythology, the plot centers on Eurydice’s struggle between remaining in the Underworld with her deceased father, a character Ruhl invented, or returning to the land of the living to be with Orpheus, her husband.

A second performance will be presented at 8 p.m. on Saturday, November 10.
