The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly Country Line Dancing class for seniors, beginners and beyond, led by Julie Kaufmann. Country line dancing is a fantastic activity for older adults. It offers a fun way to stay active, improve coordination, and socialize. It's also easy to learn — many dances are designed to be simple and repetitive, making them accessible for beginners. No partner is needed for the class. Cost is $3.

An in-house expert will be available to answer questions about how to use the space and equipment. If you're neurodivergent, struggle with loud environments, or just need to focus on your project in a quiet coworking space, this program is for you. There will be soft instrumental background music, and the door will be partially closed to muffle outside…

The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly art class for seniors led by Tom Wojciechowski, a visual artist who works in a variety of media including installation, painting, photography and books. Build skills and techniques each week and try out various processes that help you experiment and find joy in art and image making. Art Smart for School-Aged Children
