Dance on Camera Screening
Students in the Dance on Camera course at Tufts University share works created this semester with Tufts faculty mentor Jaclyn Waguespack. Dance on Camera is an interdisciplinary course in which participants take dance and movement concepts outside of studio walls and into the community through site-specific collaborative video projects. Through storyboarding, shooting, editing, and choreographing/directing, students learn basic video production techniques and advanced camera work in this hands-on course. Free and open to the public.

Dance Caliente: Dancing Through the Decades
Travel through time with an interactive Ballroom Dance show that brings the world to your feet! Eileen Herman-Haase and Raul Nieves of Dance Caliente perform their choreography inspired by a mix of cultures from Africa and Europe. Dances at Noon: Sean Bjerke
The Tufts University Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies begins its 2019-20 Dances at Noon Series with an afternoon of hip hop curated by local artist Sean Bjerke. A post-performance discussion with Sean and guests will follow. This year's two-day Fall Dance Weekend at Tufts University highlights new choreography created by faculty artist Jaclyn Waguespack, in collaboration with students from Dance Repertory & Performance and includes a work by visiting artist Taylor Travassos-Lomba, and students from his hip-hop breakin' course. Tufts Dances at Noon
The Tufts University Department of Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies presents its first Dances at Noon program of 2020. The event will feature an engaging improvisational program by Boston-area artists, curated by Olivier Besson, Associate Professor of Dance at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Free and open to the public. The final Dances at Noon performance of the academic year will be on Friday, March 27.
