Dreamcatchers: Extraordinary Native American Women
The Medford Public Library is co-sponsoring the online program "Dreamcatchers: Extraordinary Native American Women." Native American women have inspired many people, regardless of cultural identity, from the earliest contact with non-native people to the 21st century. Historic Medford and Medford Events are offering Victorian Stroll Trolley Tours in the city on the weekends of December 3-4 and 10-11. Tours begin at the Salem Street Burying Ground, where historical actors and singers will perform. Tour stops will include Lydia Maria Child’s Grandfather’s House on South Street, and some of Medford’s other famous houses.
