The Medford Public Library's LGBTQ+ Book Group meets to discuss "Camp Damascus" by Chuck Tingle. Books will be available approximately four weeks in advance. The Medford Public Library's Tuesday Night Book Group meets to discuss "Remarkably Bright Creatures," a novel by Shelby Van Pelt. Books will be available approximately four weeks in advance. The title for next month's meeting, on February 11, will be "We Should Not Be Friends: The Story of a Friendship," by Will Schwalbe.

Arts Collaborative Medford presents its first Poetry and Song Open Mic Nights of the new year, hosted by Medford Poet Laureate Vijaya Sundaram.
