Medford Public Library Open House Celebration
The Medford Public Library invites everyone to a celebration of the new Charlotte & William Bloomberg library building, which opened in January. There will be craft activities, a scavenger hunt, photo booth, historical map display, and more. Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn will preside over a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. The day also will mark the grand opening of the Chapters Coffee Carts concession operation on the second floor.

The Royall House & Slave Quarters reopens today for its first full tour season since 2019. From today through Sunday, October 16, the museum will be open for guided tours at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday. The Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust (M-BELT) is hosting a Fall Open House at the City of Medford's historic Shepherd Brooks Manor, a perfect follow-up to the Brooks Family Art & Architecture talk taking place at the Medford Public Library on Wednesday, October 12.
