Pen, Paint, and Pretzels, the umbrella organization for student-run performing arts groups at Tufts University, is sponsoring a public reading of ASHTAR Theatre’s "The Gaza Monologues." This performance is a response to ASHTAR’s November 2023 call to theatre-makers worldwide to perform these monologues in solidarity with the Palestinian people. "The Gaza Monologues" were written by Palestinian youth after the 2008-09 war and testify to the suffering, humanity, hopes, and dreams of a generation growing up under siege. Free and open…
