Circle Time Story Time – Ages 2 to 5

The Medford Council on Aging presents its weekly Country Line Dancing class for seniors, beginners and beyond, led by Julie Kaufmann. Country line dancing is a fantastic activity for older adults. If offers a fun way to stay active, improve coordination, and socialize. It's also easy to learn — many line dances are designed to be simple and repetitive, making it accessible for beginners. No partner is needed for the class. Cost is $3.

Grades 2-3 Book Club: Detective Duck – Case of the Strange Splash

3D Printing Workshop for Teens

The Medford Public Library presents a 3D Printing Workshop for teens in middle school and high school who have not yet completed a 3D printing workshop at the library. Learn about 3D printing and test out the library’s 3D printers. Please note that because of how long it takes to print, you are not guaranteed to go home with a finished creation. Piebald, an emo band originally formed as a hardcore punk unit in Andover, returns to Deep Cuts for a second show to celebrate their 30th anniversary. The band recently reissued their 2002 album "We Are the Only Friends We Have" and has new tunes on the way. Revitalization and Reconstruction of the Taino Language

The Medford Public Library is co-sponsoring an online program about current efforts to revive the Taino language. Kasike Jorge Baracutay Estevez will speak on the challenges of reviving the Indigenous Taino Arawak language/s of the Caribbean, as well as his work on Hiwatahia: Hekexi Taino Language Dictionary, a new 20,000-word dictionary.
