The Medford Public Library presents a Quiet Drop-in for adults at the MakerSpace. Stop by and work on your personal projects in a quieter environment. Chevalier Theater welcomes the Palestinian-American stand-up comedian Mo Amer on his El Oso Palestino Tour. Amer can currently be seen in the semi-autobiographical series Netflix series "Mo, in which Amer plays Mo Najjar, a Palestinian refugee seeking asylum while living in Texas most of his life. Acoustic singer/songwriter and guitarist Chase Huglin headlines at Deep Cuts, celebrating the 10th anniversary of his ep "GLOW." The Medford Council on Aging invites seniors to join Concord public historian Richard Smith as he tells the story of Henry David Thoreau’s civil disobedience, the reasons behind it, and the consequences of his actions.
