The Medford Recreation Department is offering a five-week Saturday morning session of its Let's Create arts and craft program for children in kindergarten through grade 3. Children will use their creativity each week to complete a new art project. Projects include ceramics, painting, sketching and jewelry making. With this session on general safety, you can earn a "badge" and gain more exclusive access to the Maker Space and its contents. Cheryl Arena, one of only 30 artists featured in the book “Masters of the Harmonica,” returns to The Porch with some friends to provide free afternoon blues. Arena has been bringing the sound of authentic American blues music to audiences around the U.S. and Europe for over 30 years. Medford youth theater company Spotlight Productions presents the third of four performances of "Finding Nemo Jr.," a 60-minute musical adaptation of the beloved 2003 Pixar movie "Finding Nemo." Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” "Finding Nemo Jr." brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
