Carroll’s Restaurant hosts Part II of a presentation by Medford attorney Victor J. Garo concerning his representation of Joseph Salvati. Attorney Garo will speak about his journey to free an innocent man who spent 30 years in jail, his battles with the state and federal government and the FBI, and also his lawsuit against the federal government. He will also host a question-and-answer segment at the close of his presentation.
