Apollo Ensemble: Neighborhood Notes

$5 – $15First Baptist Church of Medford welcomes the return of the Apollo Ensemble of Boston for their first ever “Neighborhood Notes” community run-out concert. Assistant Conductor Reuben Stern will lead a program of Mozart and Tchaikovsky and facilitate a conversation between the musicians of the orchestra and the audience. The program selections will be Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet, Movement 2, and Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings. General admission tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for students through Eventbrite. Founded in 2018 by Elias Miller and Michael Tabak and conducted by Elias Miller, the Apollo Ensemble of Boston is a 70-member orchestra made up of some of the area’s best musicians. They performed number of times at First Baptist Church of Medford before the pandemic.
