Tufts University Department of Music faculty member and violinist Beth Bahia Cohen presents “Art of the Bow,” an exploration of the violin and other bowed strings in the traditional music of Norway, Greece, Turkey, Hungary and Romania. She will be performing on violin, Norwegian hardingfele, Turkish yayli tanbur, Romanian trumpet violin, and Macedonian and Pontic lyras.
