Washvault Lab, a reimagined laundromat on Boston Avenue, presents a night of jazz with The Blank Quintet and The Freshman 15. Led by keyboard player George Behrakis, The Blank Quintet also features Ben Mizrach on saxophone, Patrick Wright on trumpet, Max Miller on bass and Harrison Clark on drums. They will perform at 8:45 p.m. The Freshman 15 will play an opening set starting at 8 p.m. This is a new student big band made up of entirely Tufts University freshmen and led by first-year Benjamin Lanzi.

Washvault Lab is re-envisioning the laundry experience along social and environmental touchpoints, offering a new approach to laundry services that prioritizes the user experience. Washvault aims to positively impact the local community, the environment, and its customers through meaningful outreach opportunities and sustainability efforts, including events that bring together Tufts students and local artists.
