The Medford Public Library invites science enthusiasts from 10 to 100 to its “Breaking Science” series. Learn about the science and technology you hear discussed on the news, from scientists and engineers who work on the newest discoveries.

The series continues this week with a program on the infectious disease Ebola.

Remaining programs in the series will be on Renewable Energy (July 23), Genetically Modified Organisms, or GMOs (August 13) and Vaccines (August 20).
