The Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust (M-BELT) invites you to its annual summer picnic on the grounds of the historic Brooks Estate. The event includes tours of the Shepherd Brooks Manor, food, music, raffles, and other fun. Come learn about the Brooks family and enjoy this beautiful historic estate. M-BELT supplies the hot dogs, burgers/veggie burgers and soft drinks. Guests are welcome to bring one of the following (chips/snacks, salad, cookies, grill item or other picnic food) but bringing food is NOT required to attend.

The Brooks Estate is a city-owned environmental and historical treasure in West Medford that offers Brooks Pond and 50 acres of open space for birds, wildlife and nature lovers. As the manager, M-BELT has spearheaded the protection and restoration of the property, which includes the 1880 Manor and Carriage House. These Victorian gems are under renovation as community assets.
