The Medford Chess Club, now meeting indoors for winter at the Charlotte & William Bloomberg Medford Public Library, invites you to its final meet-up of 2022. Stop into the second-floor gallery area for a friendly game of chess. The club has chess sets, chess clocks, and helpful members who are willing to teach you the rules if you’re new to the game. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome, but aspiring chess masters under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult or mature older sibling. There are no membership dues or fees to play.
