The Dance Studio is offering a Broadway Plus Dance Workshop led by Christopher Henry Young, who made his Broadway debut playing Jesse in “A Bronx Tale,” and has been on tour with “Hamilton” as a swing — one of the most difficult jobs in a Broadway show. A swing has to learn multiple parts in each number and then at the drop of the dime jump into a role if any dancer is ill, injured, can’t take the stage. The workshop style will be Broadway jazz with a hip-hop influence. The workshop is open to dancers in grade 3 and up. Cost is $40, due at time of registration.
