Community Baptist Church invites you to a screening of the film “The Hiding Place,” a 1975 production based on the autobiographical book of the same name by Corrie ten Boom. In the film, ten Boom recounts her and her Dutch family’s experiences before and during their imprisonment in a Nazi concentration camp during the Holocaust in World War II. Jeannette Clift stars as Corrie ten Boom and Julie Harris portrays the writer’s sister, Betsie.

Supper and sharing to follow. The film is part of the Community Cinema series that Community Baptist Church launched in December 2018 with the aim of showing films about caring and goodness.
