This month’s title is “East: 120 Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes from Bangalore to Beijing” by Meera Sodha. Register for the book club using the library’s online calendar, then ask for your copy of the book at the circulation desk. Read it and pick one recipe to prepare and share with the group at tonight’s meeting. The title for next month’s meeting, taking place on August 6, will be “The Forest Feast: Simple Vegetarian Recipes from My Cabin in the Woods,” by Erin Gleeson.
