Google workers are coming to the Medford Public Library to share their 21st century skills in a series of four coding workshops centered on music and sound.

In CS First Music & Sound, students use the computer to play musical notes, create a music video, and build an interactive music display while learning how programming is used to create music.

The workshops for ages 8 and older. Registration is required and may be done through the event page on the library’s online calendar. Participants are asked to attend all four sessions: October 4, 11, 18 and 25.
