The Department of Community Health and the Premedical Society at Tufts University present a screening of the award-winning HBO documenatry “Clinica de Migrantes: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. ” The film is about Puentes de Salud, a volunteer-run clinic that provides free medical care to undocumented immigrants in south Philadelphia. It follows the workers and patients of Puentes through months of routine care. “Clinica” is also a look at the heroic doctors and nurses who work pro bono to ensure these people receive care.

A panel discussion will follow the film.
