The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University presents a screening and discussion of the film “Waylaid in Tijuana.” The film explores how immigration policies adopted in Washington, D.C., reverberate just south of the border in Tijuana, Mexico. The screening will be followed by a discussion between writer, producer, and Fletcher professor, Dr. Katrina Burgess, and the Latin American Studies Program’s Jorge E.
