Friends of the Medford Public Library continues its three-day book sale, with a bake also being offered today. This year’s sale features more than 10,000 items, including good quality, used books at low prices; CDs and DVDs; board games plus lots and lots of jigsaw puzzles; and a larger than usual selection of gift quality books.

The book sale will conclude on Sunday, September 24, from 2 to 5 p.m. Proceeds benefit Friends of the Library, which funds the library’s Museum Pass Program, underwrites numerous programs for children and adults, pays for special items outside the library’s regular budget, and occasionally purchases items for the library’s collection.
