Friends of the Medford Public Library is holding a special Moving Sale in advance of the library’s move to a temporary location this summer. Today, all books will be sold at 50 percent off the regular price.

The sale will conclude on Sunday, July 21, from 2 to 5 p.m. (choose your own price). In addition to the book sale, the Medford Public Library will be holding a yard sale on Saturday and Sunday. Available items will include 35mm projectors and films, holiday decorations, furniture, fixtures, and more.

The library will be closing on Friday, July 26, and reopening on Monday, August 12, at 200 Boston Avenue, which will be library’s temporary home while the new library is being built on High Street.
